about us

why this exists

Haas has clubs for almost every career. Haas Serves is the place to meet people with the career lens off: serving our neighbors as friends, classmates and families, across every program. Full-time, Evening & Weekend and Executive MBAs, undergrads, staff and the people they love are all welcome.

who runs it

Started by Sam Cahoon (FT MBA '28) as a student initiative, so it's run by Haasies for Haasies. Every shift has a student captain who knows the partner and meets you at the door. Any Haasie can captain, from undergrads to EMBAs. Want to captain a shift or bring a partner? Say hi in the WhatsApp.

the rhythm

One featured partner every month, usually a Saturday morning within a short walk or bike of Haas. Seats are capped so partners get a crew that fits, and MBAs sometimes get a short first window before every program can book. If you can't make it, cancel and the next person on the waitlist moves in.
